"Bill of exchange" for Shoah victim Israel Haendel. Issued in 1939 and written in Polish, with some ink stamps on the reverse. Israel Haendel was born in Budzanow, Poland in 1904 to Itzi and Pesia. He was a shop owner and married to Lea. Prior to WWII he lived in Jagielnica, Poland. During the war he was in Jagielnica, Poland. Israel was murdered in the Shoah.
