Charles Darwin Letter Signed "Ch. Darwin." One page, 5" x 8", Down Bromley Kent; March 16, 1867. Darwin writes to his financial advisor George Moultrie Salt, son of Thomas Salt and partner in the firm Salt & Sons. The letter reads in full: "I am much obliged for your note & return the paper signed. When you receive the money will you be so good as to place it to my acct at the Union Bank (Charing Cross Branch)." Condition: Flattened mail folds. There is a small hole at center, and light wear throughout. With a large, bold signature by Darwin.
