thread and sinew-sewn on thick hide with cotton edging; beaded in colors of cobalt, red white-heart, greasy yellow, and white; length 10 in.

Gustav (Gus) Sigel (1837-1923), a railroad worker in Montana, assembled the collection between 1880-1900. He moved from Montana to New York. The collection has been passed down through the family.
