Doll has head stamped on the back in red "Depose Tete Jumeau 9". Head has a closed mouth, amber brown paperweight glass eyes, well painted lashes and brows and pierced earlobes, mounted to a fully articulated wood and composition body stamped in red on the buttocks "German 3". Although the body is rather properly proportionate in size and age to the head, the body is certainly from the German firm Kestner, whereas the the head is from the French firm of Jumeau. She has only a newer human hair wig. There is a slight shallow wig pull in the upper left portion of the forehead above the eyebrow, but it is very minor and would not show with the wig in place. There is a baking imperfection from the making, a burst bubble at the left edge of the crown rim. Condition: (Very Good). Dimensions: Height: 21 - 1/2".
