Uncommon Weller Jewel vase designed by Rudolph Lorber and having the profile of an Art Nouveau woman interspersed with English ivy and faux jewels. Marked Weller on the bottom and with the cast conjoined initials of Lorber on the side. Height 12 3/4 inches. There is a tight line at the rim which does go through, another line which is only visible from the inside, fine overall crazing, very minor glaze nicks on the four stubby feet and minor firing separations inside the throat corresponding to the cast line just below the rim. Good color and some subtle patches of crystalline glaze.
