BOSTON, 1845 An 1845 edition of "Trial and Imprisonment of Jonathan Walker at Pensacola, Florida, for the Aiding of Slaves to Escape from Bondage" authored by Jonathan Walker and published by the Anti-Slavery Office, Boston. The book includes steel engraving illustrations of Jonathan Walker in a pillory, getting whipped, and getting his hand branded while crowds observe with smiles on their faces.
