Description
Roman Empire, Imperial Period, ca. 1st to 3rd century CE. A rounded cast bronze mirror with a silvered surface that has several raised and incised concentric rings adorning its concave side. While the convex side has lost most of its reflective surface the concave side still retains its reflective qualities, although a pretty green patina obscures a few areas. A wonderful example from the ancient Romans. Size: 3.125" (7.9 cm) in diameter.
