Map Dimensions: 13 x 10 in.

Condition: Very Good. Slight age toning on edges, and the center fold, as issued. Slight foxing a minor tears on margin.

This is a handsome thematic map of the major water related features of the Western Hemisphere. It show the lakes, waterfalls, islands, rivers and mountains in separate panels next to each other so the viewer can get a sense of the relative size of each among its peer class. The mountain panels have a key below identifying each mountain and volcano (68 volcanos in the Western Hemisphere). Finely engraved with fancy borders and titling. Engraved by J. Rapkin. Uncolored.
