A CHINESE EXPORT LATE QING DYNASTY STYLE PARCEL GILT POLYCHROME ELM CABINET, MID 20TH CENTURY, a border of scrolling leafy vines and butterflies center two doors with a large black ground circular vignette with a dragon border and children playing amongst pagodas in a rocky garden, on square legs joined by a skirt with two figural riverbank scene vignettes. Some cracking to the gesso and paint, various gilt rubbing, some minor chips and losses are noted, but otherwise in good to very good condition wear commensurate with age and use.
