Bill Rains is a sculptor from Montana, known for his larger-than-life bronze statues of Johnny Cash, Hank Snow, Buck Owens, and others. Waylon Jennings (1937-2002) was an American singer, songwriter, musician, and actor. Jennings began playing guitar at eight and began performing at 14 on the radio. He joined the Outlaw Country movement during the 1970's, and later joined the country supergroup The Highwaymen With Nelson, Kris Kristofferson, and Johnny Cash. He also appeared in movies and tv series, and in 2001 was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame.
