Rare early 20th century illustrated Mexican cookbook. There is no title page present, and there is evidence a preliminary leaf is excised, but the listing in OCLC/WorldCat (recording four copies, at Harvard, University of New Mexico, Texas Women's University, and the University of Texas at San Antonio) also indicates no title page, with the cover title used. However, the listing does note the statement on a preliminary page, "Recetas pra?cticas y escojidas del Profesor de Cocina, Pasteleri?a y Reposteri?a, Alejandro Pardo", which is not present in this copy, so one leaf at least seems to be missing at the front.

Boards worn; some soiling and mostly marginal staining within; good condition, used but sound.
