Five medals with portraits of Jewish doctors.
1. Silver medal in honor of Marcus Herz (1747-1803), doctor and lecturer of German-Jewish philosophy. Obverse: Herz’s portrait. Reverse: Athena with an owl, surrounded by Latin engraving.
2. Medal in honor of Moritz Heinreich Romberg (1795-1873), German-Jewish doctor. Made by Friedrich Wilhelm Kullrich. Obverse: portrait of Romberg, signed. Reverse: Latin dedication, dated (1867).
3. Medal in honor of Elias Henschel (1755-1839), German-Jewish doctor from Breslau. Signed: "Lesser". Obverse: portrait of Henschel surrounded by a dedication. Reverse: Latin dedication, dated (1837).
4. Medal in honor of Max Kassowitz, Austrian pediatrician. Made by Alfred Rothberger. Obverse: portrait of Kassowitz, his name and dates of his life (1842-1912). Signed. Reverse: a girl holding a bouquet of flowers.
5. Medal in honor of Andres Laguna, Spanish doctor, pharmacologist and botanist. Obverse: portrait of Laguna with the Spanish legend "Andreas Lacuna Medicus Segobiensis 1494-1560". Reverse: garland of poppy flowers with the Spanish legend "El Opio Pone La Vida En Balanza" [Opium keeps the world in balance].
