Manufactured by Saginaw. Standard issue U.S. World War II magazine fed, semi automatic rifle. Barrel is stamped, "Saginaw General Motors". Front sight stamped "NS". Pistol grip stock is stamped "132" at base with two rivet hand guard. Safety is stamped "WA". Metal retains 95% of the military matte finish. Includes one magazine in the gun and two short magazines in the attached pouch dated 1943 with a military sling. The Saginaw is one of the more sought after carbines. Manufactured from 1942 to 1944. Type A rear sight not stamped. Rounded Parkerized bolt and inland stamped trigger guard. Slide is stamped, "7160091". Bottom of hand guard is stamped "10".
