Chinese circular jade carved to both sides depicted group of elderly sages and attendant traversing on their path between rocky outcrop and dense of shading forest trees within mountainous landscape in deep relief, alternately on verso panel, with similar decoration. Displayed upon an elaborately open work carved hardwood stand. The carving is exquisite and smooth, grayish-celadon clean tones and moist milky appearance with golden russet inclusion spreading across the surface.
