Very fine carved white jade circle panel depicting sages and attendant on their path traversing within waterside landscape scene. On verso, carved in gilt with bamboo sprigs and fine inscriptions, enclosed within key fret pattern border. The jade plaque is in excellent condition with beautiful translucent are well incorporated into the carving design. The carving is magnificent with an even tone pale-grayish-celadon iridescent and moist milky appearance. All set within elaborately carved hardwood frame stand in rococo floral motif.
