engraved title within decorative aquatint border, stipple-engraved frontispiece portrait of Archduke Ferdinand Karl of Austria, and complete with 46 plates of military uniforms, after Vincencz Georg Kininger , aquatints in bright original hand-colouring, on laid paper with a Strasbourg bend and lily watermark of C & J Honig, title also coloured, portrait uncoloured, each c.470 x 340mm., occasional marginal finger-soiling, plate 3 with a repaired tear through the lower platemark but outside the image, plate 10 with a printer's crease, title and last plate with slight spotting, partially trimmed ownership inscription, ?Lord Montagu, Vienna Sept 14, 1802 , at upper sheet edge of title, [Colas 1609; De Ridder 53, both calling for 44 plates only; Glasser 142], in modern marbled calf over marbled paper, spine gilt in compartments, lower edges worn, folio, Vienna, Tranquilo Mollo, [1796-98].
