Description
Blue and white underglaze Gu form vase from the Mid Qing Dynasty. The neck and body of the vase are painted with a mountainous landscape with a river cutting through. It depicts buildings and people going about their daily tasks. The flared rim of the vase is lined at the edges in silver. It has a straight neck under the flare and a wide bulbous shoulder.
Dimensions are 7 7/8 inches wide by 17 5/8 inches high. All measurements are approximate.
Condition: It is in overall good condition with some minor pitting in the glaze and a few small glaze chips on the foot.
