Roman Empire, Levant, ca. 1st to 3rd centuries CE. Pair of Roman glass vessels. First is a classic candle-stick unguent on wide flat base. 6-1/2" H (16.5 cm). Next is a elongated vial in circular form, thin neck and slightly flared rim. 3-5/8"L (9.2 cm).
Provenance: Ex-private Houston, TX collection acquired at auction or local gallery between 1982 and 1994.
