Description
Egypt, New Kingdom or later, ca. 1000 BCE. This is a clay tablet with a low-relief human figure in profile. The lower part of the figure is very well preserved, showing nice detail on the clothing as well as the object that the figure holds. The body is classically Egyptian, with the narrow waist and triangular shoulders. Size: 2.3" W x 5" H (5.8 cm x 12.7 cm)
