Description
BRITISH CANINE SPORTING PRINTS, LOT OF FOUR, engraving on paper (each), including two examples engraved by Henry Richard Cook (19th century), one "Bloodhound", after James Ward (1769-1869), and the other "Echo", after Edmund Alyburton Willis (1808-1899). Each matted and housed under glass in a modern ebonized frame. Circa 1814-1834. Bloodhound 5 1/8" x 6 1/8" sight, 11 5/8" x 12 1/4" OA.
Very good visual condition overall with light toning to margins at edge of matte. Frames with minor wear. Not examined out of frames.
