An original pencil drawing used in the book on p.272 tipped in and inscribed to Mr. Holl by the artist, Bill Elliott with the following inscription "To Drew Holl, The only man I know who uses sterno for fly & line dressing, Very Best Wishes Always, Your Friend, Bill Elliott".
