Two addressed to antiquarian bookseller, Norman Wiggins and his business discussing: The delinquency of payment for a Compleat Angler book and reasons for non-payment up to that point and the other letter covers the passing of Norman Wiggins and questions if the company will continue and then goes on to plug his new book " Streamer Fly Tying and Fishing" and requests to be put back on the mailing list as he was dropped of it a few years earlier, [the company did survive under the careful eye of Mr. Wiggins son-in-law, Aldridge Williams]. Two letters addressed to Charles Wetzel talking about wanting angling books from him but confesses he has no funds to pay for them at the moment and suggests maybe a trade of some sort and then asked if he had ever tied a fly for a shrimp imitation. Also included is promotional material for his newly published book, " Streamer Fly Tying and Fishing". Included is a business card from one of Mr. Bates' previous employments. All signed "Joe" with the exception of one with "Joseph D. Bates, Jr." Some browning to edges on some pages, else Very Good plus with usual folds.
