Condition consistent with age and use. Scattered pea-size water damage spots and cup rings are seen throughout the marble. Scattered flea-size chips are observed along the edge. Several pea-size chips in the veneer are seen on the top. Minor scuffs, scratches and dents are noted throughout. An approximate 4 inch area of moderate wear is seen on one edge of the shelf. A crack, measuring about 1 inch, is noted in the veneer on one side of the shelf. A charming example. ALL PROPERTY IS SOLD "AS IS."
