Description

A large group of photographic slides from the Robert Newbegin collection. Robert lived in Newton, Massachusetts and he traveled a lot doing railfanning photography. This group has many originals taken by Robert Newbegin and lots of duplicates or commercial issues. Most seem to date from the 1970s-1980s. There are mixed subjects and film types: Kodachrome, Ektachrome, etc. Different print houses were chosen for development. They are in nice shape with no storage issues. This is a huge quantity. We are featuring thousands of slides from this collection in this auction. A rough count tells me there are over 1,100 in this group. Note that the box is full with one bottom layer and all of the stacks are included too.
