Description
Anatolia, present-day Turkey, ca. 2800 to 2200 BCE. This is a group of three creamy white marble kilia heads. The classic pointed chin feature remains on each. Kilia are highly stylized female figures made throughout the Mediterranean during the Chalcolithic and Early Bronze Age.
