GEORGE V: (1865-1936) King of the United Kingdom 1910-1936. Vintage signed colour 10.5 x 14.5 printed photograph of the King seated in a three quarter length pose, in semi-profile, making his annual Christmas broadcast from Sandringham in 1934. Photograph by The Times and with a printed caption to the lower border 'The King at the Microphone - A natural colour photograph of His Majesty at Sandringham'. Signed ('George R. I.') in bold fountain pen ink with his name alone to the lower border. A rare image to find signed. A few heavy creases to the image and one small stain to the right edge of the lower border and with some minor foxing, not affecting the signature. About G
