This is a 6/0 size Tobique center handle multiplying reel with metal safety bands, 4 bronze driving gears, front and back roller bars, aluminum spool ends foot and handle, 7 position silent tension drag with thumb bar selector on the back plate, rear sliding oil port cap marked "Edward vom Hofe, Maker NY, Pat. May 20, 02". The spool rotates very freely in the same direction as the handle and is set for right hand wind, has foot markings of serial no. V195, model and size numbers 504, 6/0. Condition is Excellent with just some light general wear. Comes with solid Excellent dark brown leather case marked "E. vom Hofe, 97 Fulton St., New York", on the bottom.
