Description

DIETZ & CO NO. 153 BRASS SOLAR STAND LAMP, pyriform font with panelled pattern and fitted with a simple brass prism ring, baluster-form six-panelled stem with scroll and fine grid pattern, double-step marble base with cast-brass ornamentation. Fitted with non-period burner components and colorless chimney, period colorless compressed-form cut and engraved shade with Vintage and floral pattern, ten Colonial-type colorless prisms. Mid 19th century. 18" H to top of shade, 12 1/2" H to top of font, 5" SQ foot, shade 6 5/8" H, 5" D fitter.

Condition
