BRASS SOLAR STAND LAMP, pyriform unpatterned font with simple shade ring, cylinder form stem with dark marbling finish, double-step marble base with cast-brass ornamentation. Fitted with a non-period colorless and frosted cut and engraved shade with ill-fitting shade ring, Vintage and floral swag pattern. Albert-type prisms. Mid 19th century. 25 1/4" H to top of shade, 15 1/2" H to top of font, 5" SQ foot, shade 10 3/4" H, 6 1/4" D fitter.
Provenance: Property of a private Georgia collection.

Condition

Font with alterations to top, drilled hole to ring above air-flow band. Burner lacking components. Shade undamaged, prisms with expected imperfections.
