Bound in contemporary French calf with spine gilt in compartments, light cracking to two hinges, some corners showing, general wear with light loss in places. Contents generally clean though with damp and worm damage to upper corner of first few leaves of third volume and some damp-stains to upper margin throughout the volumes thought mostly quite faded, small hole to upper corner of first title, one leaf with 4" closed tear, two signatures detached, a few plates with frayed margins, otherwise contents generally clean.
