A 1920's silver christening mug of plain cylindrical form with personal inscription, hallmarked Birmingham 1929, height measuring 3 1/2 inches (9 cm). Together with a pair of Edwardian silver open salts, Birmingham 1902, an Edwardian silver bonbon dish, hallmarked Birmingham 1909, an early twentieth century silver pepper, Chester 1910 and a modern silver bonbon dish, Sheffield 1977. In varied state. The lot displays general scratches, marks wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. A number of dents to the mug, bonbon and pepper. Lid to pepper with missing finial and differing hallmarks to body. Hallmarks in varied state but overall legible.
