As found. The backs appear with apparent repairs mostly near the crests and joints sporadically throughout the set including notable glue residue and wood fill. The seats are observed with multiple iterations of restorative and rehabilitative construction support efforts, including possible replacement and/or additional woods detected that are other than original. A later finish has likely been applied. The chairs are of sturdy construction otherwise. The side chair width of seat is 19 inches and includes protruding carving at sides of front legs. The seat height of the side chair is originally 1 ¾ inch in height, however; when including the supportive repairs located at the back joints, the seat measures 2 ½ inch in height. A stunning set.
