Description
Roman Empire, ca. 2nd to 3rd century CE. One of the finest small knives we have ever handled! Small dagger designed for easy concealment with bronze handle cast in the form of a human hand holding onto a dove, ironic given that doves often represent peace. Curved iron blade on the nasty end. Fabulous example! Custom stand. Size: 4-5/8"L (11,6cm).
