Five different late19th to early 20th century silver plated figural bird napkin rings including an owl, spring chicken with wish bone, chimney swift, bird with a nest and a large bird with a plant sprig all set in various scenes, three bearing the manufacturers stamp with the other two apparently unmarked. Provenance: Collection of Jerome & Bridget Dobson; acquired from M.S. Rau Antiques, New Orleans, 1999 (bird with nest)

Condition

These have varying degrees of patina and silver plating wear loss from use, with two having ovulated rings.
