Description
Pearl Pat 1871 magic pencil with alternating pearl slabs. The Pearl company came about when Ephraim S. Johnson applied for a patent for the application of applying pearl slabs onto a round pencil in 1871. This example has alternating pearl and abalone panels with decorative gold finial. Length 1 7/8” and 3 3/8” extended. Overall excellent condition.
