Billed as the screen's first all-talking, singing, dancing, and musical comedy, this is the first time we have seen this art-deco delight. It is a gorgeous stone litho creation to advertise the two reigning stars of Fox Studio's roster, Janet Gaynor and Charles Farrell. Together, they starred in a dozen fan favorites from Fox from 1927 to 1932., This film is their third.

Before linen backing, some paper was lost near the folds and around the borders. There has also been airbrushing to the white and red fields.

Sunny Side Up is an American musical from 1929 directed by David Butler. It stars Academy Award-winner Janet Gaynor, Charles Farrell, and Marjorie White. A young lady who hails from modest means lives in a shared apartment in New York where she pretends to be wealthy to impress a Southampton heir.
