Thousands Cheer is a 1943 American musical comedy directed by George Sidney. It stars Academy Juvenile Award-, Golden Globe Award-, Tony Award-, and Grammy Award-winning actress Judy Garland, Academy Award nominee Gene Kelly, Kathryn Grayson and Golden Globe Award-, Emmy Award- and Academy Honorary Award winner Mickey Rooney. An acrobat enlists in the Army and romances the colonel's daughter, to the dismay of her father.
