Miller, treasurer and Charles Edison, President, and son to the famous inventor, Thomas Edison, transferred to Ralph H. Allen by H.H. Eekerd, attorney, signed on the reverse, "Thos. A. Edison," and endorsed by H.F. Miller, canceled May 16, 1930. 8 3/4" x 12 1/4"
Condition
A small tear at the bottom edge, manuscript letter in the margin, creases, cancelation holes, with applied stock transfer red stamp with ink notes, mild toning and handling wear.
