BIOGRAPHY:
Born Priscilla Parsons in Boston in 1901. She attended the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts where she met painter Page Trotter. Priscilla was known in Rockport, Massachusetts for her watercolor portraits which she painted for tourists. She guaranteed a likeness and 99% of them were sold.Together with her husband, she had a gallery in Rockport, Massachusetts on Bear Skin Neck, for about 10 to 15 years. This was their livelihood during the 1960s. It was called, Page and Priscilla Trotter Gallery. They collaborated on some paintings for the tourist trade-signing these works as P. Trotter.Both she and her husband were members of the Rockport Art Association for many years.
