Rare Frederic Remington sketch on Chicago 1902 newspaper. Sketch of Buffalo with signature on lower right as shown in photos. The Inter Ocean Sunday Morning newspaper. Was told that a gentleman buying a bronze from Remington and was meeting at a train station to pick up the bronze. He was delayed. Remington used that time to sketch the buffalo. Sketch given to the gentleman when he arrived along with the bronze. On back of the frame is a page 103 of sketches from Remington. Frame 34 ¼ tall x 24 ½ wide. Image 10 3/8 tall x 15 ½ tall
