28 pcs coin silver flatware marked for Frederick Marquand, working Savannah, Georgia 1819-1826 and New York City 1826-1839. Includes 1 strainer ladle (7 3/8"L) with crest of fist holding arrows, monogram G; 7 knives (7 1/2"L) with coin silver blades and repousse shell and scroll pattern handles plus 1 knife handle lacking blade; 8 fiddle and thread pattern forks (6 5/8"L), 6 fiddle pattern dessert spoons, 4 fiddle pattern teaspoons (differing lengths and marks), and 1 shell pattern teaspoon. The knife blades, ladle, forks, dessert spoons and 3 teaspons are marked FM or F. MARQUAND and include pseudohallmarks. 1 Fiddle teaspoon is unmarked. 26.4 weighable oz troy. 28 pcs including bladeless knife.
