Collection of three Limoges style works
USA, 1882, 1884, 1885
glazed and gilt earthenware
8.75 h x 3.625 dia in (22 x 9 cm)
4.5 h x 3.25 w x 2.75 d in (11 x 8 x 7 cm)
4.75 h x 3.25 w x 2.75 d in (12 x 8 x 7 cm)
Collection is comprised of a tall vase with flying swallows by Martin Rettig, a perfume jug with carved leaves attributed to Harriet Wenderoth, and a perfume jug with bird and cattails by a Cincinnati Pottery Club member. Impressed manufacturer's mark to underside of each example 'Rookwood 1885 126 G', 'Rookwood 1884 S 61' and 'Rookwood 1883 G 61' with incised artist's initials to two 'M.R.' and 'M.H.P'.

Condition
Overall excellent condition, with each example showing faint crazing to glaze. MHP jug with pepper spots to reverse.
