FOUR CLOISONNÉ-ENAMEL VASES Meiji era (1868-1912), late 19th/early 20th century Each worked in silver wire of varying gauge, comprising one octagonal pair decorated with a dragon coiled around the midnight-blue ground body, unsigned, 16cm (6¼in) high; the third of baluster form, decorated with a shishi prancing among peony sprays on a light blue ground, unsigned, 15.5cm (6 1/8in) high; the fourth, of cylindrical baluster form, with two large shield panels enclosing a lakescape and a dragon emerging from storm clouds, 24.5cm (9 5/8in) high; unsigned.
