Pre-Columbian, Northern Mexico, Casas Grandes, ca. 1060 to 1340 CE. A lovely pottery bowl boasting wonderful, textured ornamentation. The bowl displays impressively thin walls that rise to a wide hip, a slightly rounded shoulder, a flared rim, and a gaping mouth, all sitting upon a round yet stable base. Four horizontal rows of petite, incised dashes adorn the exterior. Size: 7.3" Diameter x 2.8" H (18.5 cm x 7.1 cm)
