Description

Offered here for your consideration are two bayonets. The first is a Swiss Waffenfabik Neuhausen from WWI (1914-1918) and the second is a Japanese WWII Type 30. Both have original scabbards and appropriate markings. The Vietnam veteran who brought them in gave us this verbal provenance: He stated he had been in the Military during the 1950s and 60s and these bayonets had been recovered during the Vietnam war and brought back by him.
MAKER: See above.
APPROX AGE: Could be between 1918-1946.
SIZE: The blades measure between 11 1/2 inches to 15 1/2 inches long.
CONDITION: Average to good for their age, normal wear, and minor imperfections expected. Please look closely at the pictures as they are an important part of our description and are hereby incorporated into the description, specifically with regards to condition.
HANDLING: There will be a $15 handling / packaging fee for shipping this lot.
