Description
CHARLES PARKER DIAMOND QUILT KEROSENE HANGING / LIBRARY LAMP, cranberry Diamond-Quilt umbrella form shade and matching conical font vase with metal overlay decoration, fitted with a brass drop-in font, heavy cast-metal scrolling support arms and shade ring with overhanging edge, with cast leveler, and heavy spherical motor cover with motor, stamped brass shade crown. Fitted with a period slip burner, colorless slip chimney, and green and red hanging prisms. Electrified. Charles Parker Co. Late 19th/early 20th century. Shade: 7" H, 13 7/8" fitter.

Condition
Excellent condition overall with a single chip to the shade's top rim; font tank having solder repairs to the underside and a drilled hole to the top of the shoulder; some other minute imperfections such as light wear and light bending is possible; some prisms with minor imperfections including flaking.
