Description
George Fisher and Elias Howe, Jr. Patent Agreement, July 15, 1845. Between George Fisher (trader) and Elias Howe, Jr. (machinist), both of Cambridge, Massachusetts and stating: "That whereas the said Elias Howe, Jr. has invented and manufactured a new and improved machine for making seams in cloth and other similar substances, and has filed a caveat in the Archives of the United States Patent Office..." signed and sealed, framed.
