Engraved by Endicott & Clark of New Orleans. Printed by Southern Bank Note Co. Ten coupons attached. 7.75 x 10" Multiple cut/spindle cancels. Edward Hall was a cartographer. In 1836, the Texas Commissioners appointed Edward Hall to purchase and ship all supplies needed by the provincial government.
