The cup has a wonderful design with a stylized handle in the form of a curved reed stem. The surface decorated with gilding, engraved floral patterns, and a commemorative inscription in Russian: 'FOR TANYA FROM FATHER, 25 / XII 1912'. The top rim and the base of the cup are adorned with a row of embossed fleur-de-lis. Nice Faberge item. WIKIPEDIA: Agathon FABERGE - jeweler, art collector, son of the famous jewelry master Peter Karl Gustavovich FABERGE, creator of FABERGE eggs. World's famous philatelist. He was the brother of Aleksandrine Caroline Koschke, Wilhelmine Charlotte Nicolay, Karl Faberge and Agatha Emilie FABERGE. He joined his father's house of FABERGE in 1892. From 1887 to 1892, he studied at the German Petri-Schule in St. Petersburg and at the commercial branch of the Wiedemann gymnasium. In May 1895, he entered into his father's business at FABERGE. 1900s - 1910s, he led the affairs of the company with his father and brother Evgeny Karlovich. In 1897 he married the daughter of the Riga merchant Lydia Treiberg.
