The cup has a wonderful design with a stylized handle in the form of a curved reed stem.
The surface decorated with gilding, engraved floral patterns, and a commemorative inscription in Russian: 'For Tanya from Father, 25 / XII 1912'.
The top rim and the base of the cup are adorned with a row of embossed fleur-de-lis.
Hallmarks on the cup: '84' for silver standard next to a female head in a kokoshnik turned to the left; the maker's initials 'A.F.' in Cyrillic for Agathon FABERGE - jeweler, art collector, SON of the famous jewelry master Peter Karl Gustavovich FABERGE - please see information below.
Hallmarks on the saucer: '84' for silver standard next to a female head in a kokoshnik turned to the right; the maker's mark: 'Bril and Gershman' (1908-1917 Ð³Ð³).
